"I finished my HSC and was looking for a practical course that was immediately relevant to the design industry, I found this with the St.Art program. During my time at iscd I have become more aware of different aspects and detail of colour and design and learnt that this is the direction I want to take. I finished the course with a complete portfolio of my work to show potential employers or other institutes".

"I chose the iscd St.Art program because I had the desire to make a living out of colour and Design. St.Art was fantastic as it put me in touch with the industry in which I wanted to work in. Even though I was young the school respected me as an adult and encouraged my career aspirations. Now that I have finished St.Art and continued to specialise in Colour Design and Interior Styling, I feel confident that I have what is needed in the real world. This is primarily because the projects we were given in studio groups were based on real jobs the educators had done. I think this is the sort of thing that will give me the edge when out in the industry".

Sandra Dorney

"I can't believe within less than a year of study i have already launched two jewellery ranges. My creations were developed out of a Natural Object Design I completed as part of foundation course. After doing the assessment, i approached my friend who works in the jewellery industry and he put them into production. So inspired i have started up my own company, Sandra Dorney Designs. My creative journey began at iscd in the 4 week Styling With Colour short course, followed by the foundation course, and now currently working towards completing the Colour Diploma. I look forward to seeing where this new found knowledge and skill will take me next!"
