1. Luke Harrison ~ General Manager
2. Nikki Donald ~ Education Manager
3. Elodie Bilanycz ~ Relationship Manager
4. Peter Dickin ~ Project Co-ordinator
5. Mary Frangoulis ~ Distance Education Representative
Luke finds his job at iscd as General Manager both a rewarding opportunity and a privilege. He has progressed from a support staff position to his current role over the past 6 years. He not only enjoys the diversity of his role, seeing all aspects of the education facility, but also enjoys the constant interaction with students, which most head of offices wouldn't be lucky enough to experience. He finds iscd to be the perfect balance of business, and design, one of his many interests. Luke is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Business. When not running the operations around campus, Luke finds himself recharging with friends and family and busying himself with DIY jobs around home. He wouldn't limit inspiration from one single thing; he believes it can be found within the tiniest object, right up to the most revolutionary idea! He recommends to anyone thinking about studying something creative at iscd 'Take the leap of faith, there will never be the 'perfect' time. Once you start you will never look back'

Nikki finds her role at iscd as Education Manager both busy and creative! Jet setting to New York City in between, Nikki has been on the Education team since 2002. She enjoys being around stimulating and creative people, like herself. She says she's always loved being creative, painting canvas and studying the Colour Design diploma, but never figured she would be managing the education side of creativity! One day she would love to be able to exhibit and fingers crossed, sell a few of her many canvas creations. She believes that in life, your main goal should be to do everything you love over all, and is inspired by people who overcome obstacles in their lives in spite of challenging journeys. Nikki's belief in studying at iscd is that it will change the way you look at everything around you...from art, to fashion, to colour....to a discarded autumn leaf...you will see beauty everywhere.
Elodie finds working at iscd different every day, having been with the team for 9 years (and counting...) she has progressed to the position of Relationship Manager. This role is exactly as it sounds, she cares for all relationships with iscd; whether it is prospective students, current students, our alumni, and industry partners! The social aspect of iscd makes it a great working environment and being able to come in and discover something new about the world of design is always a plus! Elodie stems from an Arts Management background and has worked in a well known Arts School in London. She has also completed a Dual Diploma of Colour Design and Interior Styling which means she really understands what it is like to be a student at iscd. Elodie believes that a balanced lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle, keeping fit and stimulating her creative mind at art galleries and design exhibitions are just some of the hobbies that fill her personal life. She says that if she was to have a distinct style, it would be something eclectic... loves layering, the more layers the better!
Peter's dynamic role at iscd see's him working alongside the students, the educators and industry friends alike, sometimes all at once! Joining the administration team in 2008 after being a student, he has enjoyed the transition from studio to office. Being able to interact with students and educators in the studio and around the campus is what keeps his days so versatile. With just as diverse a background, Peter has pursued many paths, varying from Landscape Architecture, Business Studies and Fashion Styling, however has found his home in the world of Colour and Design. Inspiration for Peter comes from others who dare to be different. One of his greatest loves is travelling the world; he enjoys the comparison of various cultures the world has to offer. One of his lesser known loves is that of automotive racing, hoping to be skilled enough (and wealthy enough) to pursue this hobby in years to come. If Peter were to limit himself to just one style, it would be ‘controlled chaos' having many, many relics and souvenirs each displayed in a minimalist order.

Mary finds her role at iscd both exciting and gratifying. She came to iscd in 2007 as a student where she completed her Certificate IV in Design and had so much fun she continued with the Visual Arts Diploma in 2008. Mary recently made a lifestyle change, leaving the travel industry after 25 years to pursue her passion in the creative art world.
The knowledge she gained from the courses, gave her the confidence to pursue her dream of becoming an Artist. She believes there is nothing more therapeutic in life, than to lose yourself in 'the moment'. For Mary, 'her moment' is having no concept of time or space whilst being creative in Art.
Mary complements her artistic lifestyle by sharing her passion for study as a Distance Education Representative for iscd. She wants everyone to experience 'their moment' with their iscd courses, and so she enjoys assisting students both Australia-wide and from overseas countries who cannot come to the campus to study, by offering them Distance Learning Education.
Having a background in dance, music and a very keen interest in film and editing, Fiona brings her own style and personal attention to her role at the front desk at iscd. Her friendly smile and caring attitude is what welcomes students and visitors to the campus or when you call the school. Having completed the iscd Foundation Course and Colour Design Diploma, Fiona feels that she can relate to the harmonious balance of work, study and home commitments that students face, and is there to help them in all their creative endeavours.
"I have a great passion for learning and love seeing and being part of the creative energy of the school. From that initial spark in the imagination, to the full awareness of the limitless possibilities of expression in whatever form our passions take us. Often students will look in amazement at work they have completed and say " I never thought I could do something like that". Its very inspiring.
Fiona's role at the school also expands to filming and producing the informative videos all of which can be viewed on our web site.
A self proclaimed social being, Jess feels her role at iscd as Front Desk Receptionist is the perfect balance of creativity and humanity, two of her favourite points of interest. This is seen in her background, stemming from a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Jess drove her creative skills towards Portrait Photography where people meet art perfectly. She has always been mesmerised by colour and the emotion it can raise in people. Surrounding herself by inspiring students and their creations makes coming to work less of a chore and more of a thrill! As enthusiastic, creative and energetic as the students that walk through iscd's doors, Jess has found an environment she really relates too. If you call the school today, she will most likely be the bubbly voice on the other end with all the information you could possibly need.
