Foundation Course - Certificate IV in Design [CUV40303]

Even if you haven't picked up a paint brush since you left primary school, or are looking for your next creative challenge, our Foundation Course - Certificate IV in Design will certainly get those creative juices flowing again.

The foundation course is a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Design that enables students to learn the concepts of colour and design and their application in the contemporary design world.

Taught by passionate tertiary and industry trained professionals, the iscd Foundation Course - Certificate IV in Design provides our students with extensive colour knowledge, effective design skills and creative confidence, preparing them for our specialised Diplomas.

iscd understands that many people want to learn about colour and design but need the encouragement having never studied before. This is why this course requires no prior experience in design or art and why there are no entrance exams. At iscd we believe that every individual is inherently creative and when you come to iscd we simply give you the tools to unlock that inner artist and designer within you. All that we ask is that you be at least 16 years old... up to any age!

On graduating, students of the Foundation Course - Certificate IV in Design have completed two industry design briefs, developed a professionally presented portfolio of design work and possess the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue their creative career further.
