Design Ex 2010 will be hosted at the Sydney Convention Centre, Darling Harbour from 22-24 April 2010.
iscd has been invited to participate in the a selection of presentations and workshop.

 

Thursdays Presentation ~ 'What's creativity got to do with it?''

• Are you selling yourself short as a designer?
• Do you really know how to be creative?

Prue Royle, Founding Director of the International School of Colour and Design will illustrate the importance of creativity in design and demystify the creative process through her presentation titled 'What's creativity got to do with it?'

Fridays Workshop ~ 'Gain the Creative Edge!'

A workshop titled 'Gain the creative edge!' will be run by Prue Royle and iscd Colour Design Educator Edwina Hirst
This hands on workshop will shine the spotlight on the importance of creativity and authenticity in design and give you techniques to reclaim it.

Saturdays Presentation ~ "ABOVE AND BEYOND TRENDS"...where to now and does it matter?

Prue Royle presents again on "ABOVE AND BEYOND TRENDS"...where to now and does it matter? The last few decades have seen massive shifts in the world of design. Increased market awareness, accessibility to knowledge and expertise, a glut of products and pressure to perform have meant that the role of the designer is more demanding than ever.
