We love our students and they love iscd

There are hundreds of students that have studied at iscd and are happy to share some of their experiences with us. It is important to us that your whole journey through the iscd courses is a happy and fruitful one. This positive and nurturing creative atmosphere has been able to guide students through their studies and into successful careers.

"Working as a doctor I felt that every day was just a matter of getting through with no energy left for the important things in my life, family and art.

After completing the Foundation Course - Certificate IV in Design and the Visual Arts Diploma because art is now such an important part of my life. The Educators at the school were so supportive and encouraging of me to follow my passion.

I think a key motivator for me was to participate in a course where I shared quality time with other like-minded students, all with different backgrounds and skills but a common love of art, colour and design. My recommendation to anyone considering a course at iscd is do it! I now take part in exhibitions selling my paintings and am so happy I followed my dreams and made this sea change".

"After studying Fashion Design for 3 years in South Africa and working in the industry, I arrived in Sydney and worked for Discovery Clothing for 4 years. I wanted to refresh my skills and express my creativity so completed the iscd Foundation Course in  

In 2001, after starting my family, I returned to iscd enrolling despite being pregnant with a 3rd child and being busy renovating the house! iscd not only gave me creative balance but also relevant teaching from industry professionals - the educators were also working in their chosen fields so it made everything we were doing feel realistic and relevant”
